Date: March 26, 2020

After the success of ‘Avane Srimannarayana’, Rakshit Shetty is back with ‘777 Charlie’ directed by Kiranraj K. The team has completed 100 days of filming and some of the post-production work has already begun. According to latest reports, makers are planning a pan India release for the film which stars Sangeetha Sringeri in the female lead role along with four dogs who also play pivotal roles.

The movie will be released simultaneously in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. The film tells the story of a dog and a human. The film’s post-production works are under process. The team has stopped shooting because of the Coronavirus outbreak.

The shooting of the film started from the Dandeli forest and the movie went on to be shot in Goa, Gujarat, Punjab, Rajasthan and Kashmir. There are still 30 days of shooting pending and the final stage of shooting will be completed in the Himalayas with the backdrop of snowfall. The team had earlier planned to complete the shooting by April end. However, with the current lockdown till April 15, that seems difficult.

This movie is jointly produced by G.S. Guptha and Rakshit Shetty. Nobin Paul is composing music for the film. The producers are planning to release the movie by the end of October. Due to Coronavirus, the team is currently busy with post-production, re-recording and lyrics works.
